SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These SMS terms ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent to mobile numbers in the United States by AlgoDriven America Inc., a Delaware corporation ("AlgoDriven", "we", "us"), in connection with your AlgoDriven account. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

1.1 AlgoDriven Account Security Messages is a transactional messaging program. We send SMS messages to your mobile number only to help you securely access your AlgoDriven account:

• one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity when you sign in or verify your mobile number; and
• verification codes and links to reset a forgotten password.

1.2 We do not send marketing, promotional or advertising messages through this program. We do not use your mobile number to send you offers, and we do not sell or rent it.

2. How you opt in

2.1 You opt in when you create your AlgoDriven account at dashboard.algodriven.co/sign-up. After entering your mobile number, you tick an SMS consent checkbox, which is not pre-checked. The checkbox is labelled with the following disclosure, word for word:

2.2 After you opt in, we send a message only when you (or someone using your account details) request a sign-in verification code or a password reset. If you did not request a code, you can ignore the message and contact us at support@algodriven.xyz.

2.3 Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AlgoDriven.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your own activity. You will typically receive one message each time you request a passcode or password reset.

4. Costs

AlgoDriven does not charge you to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opting out (STOP) and getting help (HELP)

5.1 You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages from this program unless you opt back in.

5.2 For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@algodriven.xyz or through our contact page.

5.3 If you opt out, you will not receive passcodes or password reset codes or links by SMS. Your organisation's administrator or our support team can help you verify your identity or reset your password through another method. To opt back in, reply START (or UNSTOP) to a message from us.

6. Supported carriers and delivery

Messages are sent to mobile numbers on participating US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, coverage and carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery of any message.

7. Privacy and data sharing

7.1 We collect and use your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as the messaging provider that delivers our SMS messages (Twilio Inc.), is permitted solely to deliver those messages on our behalf.

8. Your responsibilities

Provide only a mobile number that you own or are authorised to use, keep it up to date, and tell us if you change or give up your number so that codes are not sent to someone else. Never share a passcode with anyone: AlgoDriven staff will never ask you for one.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published at this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
