Glenn co-founded AlgoDriven in 2017 after more than a decade with BMW and Mercedes-Benz across Australia and the Middle East — spanning sales, used cars and operations. That floor-level experience shaped the company’s focus: put VIN-level data and AI in the hands of valuers, sales managers and inspectors, not just the boardroom.
Since launch, AlgoDriven’s appraisal, inspection and pricing products have grown to support 1,200+ showrooms across 14 countries. In 2026 the company was acquired by Emergence Software, part of The Pritzker Organization, and continues to scale internationally.
Glenn holds an MBA from IE Business School and degrees in Law and Commerce from Bond University. He works across AlgoDriven’s Dubai, Brisbane and Cairo teams.
